- Cut along leek and slice.
- Cut pickled cucumbers and apples into small cubes.
- Transfer everything to a bowl, add vegan mayonnaise and mix well
Notes
You don't need any seasoning for the salad. Leek gives spiceness, a little salty taste is given by pickled cucumbers and delicate sweetness by apples.
