- Wash strawberries, remove stems and cut into quarters
- Dice vegan feta cheese
- Thinly slice shallot
- Mix well fresh sweet peas, mixed salad leaves and sliced shallot. Add strawberries and vegan feta cheese at the end. Sprinkle with almond flakes on top. Sauce
- Strawberries blend or smash with fork.
- Add olive oil, lime juice, chilli powder and mix thoroughly.
