Parsley chips

Ingredients
  • 300 grams parsley root
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons chilli pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. Clean parsley and cut into finger-sized chips.
  2. Place in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well to cover all chips.
  3. Add salt and chilli pepper. Mix to spread seasoning evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes in pre-heated oven at 200 deg C.
Recipe Notes

Fan oven allow to shorten the preparation time. Bake chips until golden.
