Ingredients

grams
parsley root

tablespoons
of vegetable oil

teaspoon
salt

teaspoons
chilli pepper powder

teaspoon
smoked paprika
Instructions
Clean parsley and cut into finger-sized chips.
Place in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well to cover all chips.
Add salt and chilli pepper. Mix to spread seasoning evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes in pre-heated oven at 200 deg C.
Recipe Notes
Fan oven allow to shorten the preparation time. Bake chips until golden.
