- Clean parsley and cut into finger-sized chips.
- Place in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well to cover all chips.
- Add salt and chilli pepper. Mix to spread seasoning evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes in pre-heated oven at 200 deg C.
Fan oven allow to shorten the preparation time. Bake chips until golden.
