Instructions
- Blend together: bananas, coconut oil, oat milk, juice, peanut butter and agave syrup.
- In a separate bowl, mix well: oat flour, rice flour, millet flour, tapioca flour, baking powder and salt.
- Chop nuts
- Add chopped nuts and blended mass to a bowl with dry ingredients and mix well again.
- Scoop the dough into muffin cups. I use silicone ones - it's very easy to remove ready muffins from them.
- Sprinkle the top of the muffins with nuts and put in preheated oven.
- Bake for 18 minutes at 180 degrees C.
