Gluten free nut muffins

  • Blend together: bananas, coconut oil, oat milk, juice, peanut butter and agave syrup.
  • In a separate bowl, mix well: oat flour, rice flour, millet flour, tapioca flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Chop nuts
  • Add chopped nuts and blended mass to a bowl with dry ingredients and mix well again.
  • Scoop the dough into muffin cups. I use silicone ones - it's very easy to remove ready muffins from them.
  • Sprinkle the top of the muffins with nuts and put in preheated oven.
  • Bake for 18 minutes at 180 degrees C.
