  • Stir all dry ingredients in large bowl.
  • Add water and mix it well.
  • Prepare bread baking tray. Brush with oil, sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
  • Move dough to the tray. Optionally spray with olive oil. Sprinkle the top with sunflower seeds.
  • Put the tray into oven. Set oven temperature to below 40 deg. C.
  • Wait 20 minutes for the dough to raise.
  • Remove the tray for the oven and set temperature to 200 deg. C.
  • When the oven reaches 200 deg. C put the tray back.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Leave for 5 minutes open oven to cool down slightly.

Notes

Sunflower seeds might be replaced with your favourite seeds like sesame seeds, linen seeds or other. Lukewarm water is essential for fast yeast growth.
