Capers and tahini dip

  • 100 g tahini (ground sesame paste)
  • 20 g capers
  • 2 cloves of garlic (medium size)

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Scoop the dip into a bowl. Ready to serve!

The tahini dip has a very distinct taste and it's perfect for parsley fries, sweet potato fries or cauliflower wings.
